چکیده

در این پژوهش، پودرهای تنگستن و مس خالص پس از مخلوط شدن به مدت یک ساعت در مخلوط کن، با فشار 500 مگا پاسکال فشرده شدند. نمونه های فشرده شده، در کوره ای با اتمسفر هیدروژن خالص در دماهای 1150-1200-1300-1400 درجه سانتی گراد به مدت 2 ساعت، سینتر در حضور فاز مایع شدند. ساختار و اندازه دانه پیش و پس از سینتر در حضور فاز مایع و چگالی، سختی و استحکام کششی نمونه?های تولیدی پس از سینتر در حضور فاز مایع در دماهای مختلف بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان دهنده افزایش چگالی، سختی و استحکام با افزایش دما تا 1300 درجه سانتی گراد بودند و در 1400 درجه سانتی گراد، به علت افزایش تعداد حفره های بین ذرات تنگستن، خواص کاهش داشتند. مشاهده میکروسکوپی نمونه ها نشان داد که ریزساختارها، حفره های کشیده و عمیقی دارند.

Study and Specification of Optimal Liquid Phase Sintering Temperature for Production of Tungsten-Copper Composite

چکیده English

In this research, elemental powder mixture of pure tungsten and copper powders was prepared after 1 hr of mixing, and pressed under a load of 500 MPa. Samples from the pressed mixture were liquid phase sintered in a furnace under pure hydrogen atmosphere at different temperatures (1150-1200-1300-1400 ͦC) for 2 hrs. Structure, grain size, density, hardness and strength of produced samples after sintering were studied in different temperatures. Results showed that increasing in temperature up to 1300 ͦC results in increasing in density, hardness and strength. However, at 1400 ͦC due to extensive number of voids among tungsten particles, these properties were found to decrease. The microstructure was associated with wide and deep holes.
