بررسی تنش‌های حرارتی در پوشش‌های سد حرارتی نانو ساختار و میکرونی

چکیده

در این پژوهش تنش‌های حرارتی ایجاد شده در حین کاهش ناگهانی دما از 1250 درجه سانتی‌گراد به 20 درجه ‌سانتی‌گراد به کمک روش اجزاء محدود برای پوشش‌های زیرکونیایی نانو ساختار و میکرونی، مدل‌سازی شد. توزیع تنش حرارتی در پوشش‌های نانو ساختار و میکرونی زیرکونیایی محاسبه گردید. به کمک مدل‌سازی نشان داده‌ شد که تنش حرارتی در جهت محورx در کناره هر دو نمونه نانو ساختار و میکرونی صفر است و همینطور مشخص شد که تنش برشی حرارتی ایجاد شده در پوشش‌ نانو ساختار 33 درصد کمتر از پوشش میکرونی است. بعلاوه، تنش برشی در لایه اکسیدی نیز محاسبه گردید که میزان آن برای پوشش نانو ساختار 35 درصد کمتر از پوشش میکرونی بدست آمد. نتایج مدل‌سازی عمر بیشتر پوشش‌های نانو ساختار را تایید می‌نماید. اکسید تیتانیوم بعنوان افزودنی به روغن موتور میتواند نقش موثری در افزایش توان موتور و کاهش آلاینده های خروجی از موتور و مصرف سوخت ایفا کند.

Investigation of Thermal Stresses in Micro and Nano-Structured Thermal Barrier Coatings

چکیده English

Induced thermal stresses during quenching of micro and nano-structured ZrO2 coatings from 1250oC to 20oC has been modeled using finite element method. Thermal stresses distribution of coatings has been also calculated. Results show that thermal stress in x-direction is zero at the edges of both micro and nano-structured samples. It is also concluded that shear thermal stress of nano-structured coatings is 33% lower than its value in micro ones. In addition, shear stresses in TGO layer were also calculated and the results show these stresses are 35% lower than micro ones. Modeling results validates long life time of nano-structured coatings.
