چکیده

در این کار تحقیقاتی به منظور ایجاد شرایط بهینه در تهیه لایه های نازک CdS به روش نشست شیمیایی در حمام (CBD) ، تأثیر دمای حمام شیمیائی بر ساختار لایه های تهیه شده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. فرآیند لایه نشانی با استفاده از ترکیباتی چون CdCl₂ ، NH₄NO₃ و تیو اوره CS(NH₂)، تحت pH و زمان نشست ثابت، استفاده شد. بررسی ها نشان داد، تحت شرایط آزمایشی مورد استفاده، ضمن تهیه لایه هائی تقریبا یکنواخت از نظر اندازه و شکل ذرات، نتایج حاکی از وابستگی ساختار لایه های تهیه شده به دمای محیط واکنش از C^°60 به C^°75 می باشد، بطوری که با افزایش دما ازحالت آمورف به سمت نانو کریستالین سوق پیدا میکند. نتایج نشان داد که لایه نازک تهیه شده در دمای C^°75 از خواص نوری مناسب به لحاظ درصد عبور نور مرئی و مقدار گاف انرژی برخوردار است.

چکیده English

In the present research work, in order to optimize the fabrication of CdS optical films, the effect of bath temperature on structural properties of CdS thin layers produced by chemical bath deposition method in the range of 60-75⁰ C was investigated,. CdCl₂, NH₄OH, and thiourea were used as the reactants at constant pH and deposition time. The results showed that by increasing of temperature from 60^°C to 75^°C, the structures of the films change from amorphous to nano crystalline. The thin layer produced at 75^°C temperature showed superior optical properties as regards to the optical characteristics like transmittance and energy band gap values.
