بررسی اثر متغیرهای SPS (سینتر به روش جرقه پلاسما) بر روی چگالی ZnSe تف جوشی شده

چکیده

در پژوهش حاضر تفجوشی پودر سلنیدروی با روش SPS با موفقیت انجام شد. اثر متغیرهای دما و فشار این روش بر روی دانسیته بالک قطعه بررسی گردید. برای اندازه گیری دانسیته از روش ارشمیدسی، برای بررسی ریزساختار از میکروسکوپی نوری و میکروسکوپی الکترونی روبشی و برای بررسی فازها از الگوی پرتواشعه X استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که دما و سپس فشار بیشترین اثر را دارند و بالاترین دانسیته نسبی (3/99%) در دمای 1100 درجه سانتی گراد، فشار 70 مگاپاسکال و کمترین دانسیته نسبی (1/99%) در دمای 1000 درجه سانتی گراد و فشار 30 مگاپاسکال (زمان نگه داری در دمای نهایی 25 دقیقه) حاصل شد. همچنین پدیده جهت گیری صفحات کریستالوگرافی توسط الگوی پراش اشعه X مشاهده و توسط میکروسکوپی الکترونی روبشی تایید گردید.

Effect of the SPS Parameters on the Density of Sintered ZnSe

چکیده English

In the present study, zinc selenide powder sintered by SPS method successfully completed. The effects of temperature and pressure parameters of SPS on the bulk density were investigated. To measure the density, Archimedes method, to investigate the microstructure, optical microscopy and SEM and to phase study, XRD were used. The results indicated that temperature and then pressure are the most effective and the maximum density (99.3%) and minimum density (91.1%) was obtained at 1100 ° C, 70 MPa and 1000 ° C, 30 MPa respectively (25 min soaking time). Also the phenomenon of plate’s crystallographic orientation was observed by XRD and was confirmed by SEM.
