بررسی مکانیزم ترشوندگی در فصل مشترک سیستم آلومینیم – منیزیم/سرامیک

چکیده
یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل در مطالعه کامپوزیت‌های زمینه‌ فلزی، پدیده ترشدن فلز - سرامیک در فصل مشترک آن‌ها است. در این پژوهش مکانیزم ترشوندگی آلومینیم براساس ترمودینامیک واکنش‌های موجود در فصل مشترک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اساساً واکنش‌های بوجود آمده در فصل مشترک فلز - سرامیک منجر به ایجاد محصولی جدید در سطح فاز سرامیکی شده که در اکثر موارد موجب کاهش زاویه‌ ترشوندگی می‌شود. اثر عنصر آلیاژی منیزیم و دمای فرایند بر ترشوندگی، به‌صورت تئوری از دیدگاه ترمودینامیکی و فیزیکی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در فرآیند ترشدن از نوع واکنش‌پذیری، نه تنها شدت واکنش فصل مشترک (σr ∆،  تغییرات انرژی آزاد گیبس واکنش) حاکم می‌باشد بلکه خواص حاصل از تغییرات انرژی فصل مشترک ( σr ∆ ) نیز موثر است. شدت زاویای ترشوندگی با استفاده از مدل فیزیکی و شیمیایی محاسبه و مشاهده شد که با مقادیر آزمایشگاهی همخوانی خوبی را دارا می‌باشد.

چکیده English

The wettability at the metal – ceramic interfaces is important in many applications, such as metal matrix composites (MMCs). The objective of the present paper is to study wetting phenomenon of aluminium base on reactios at interfacial. The effects of alloy elements such as Mg and the processing temperature on wettability were investigated theorically. The reactive wetting is governed not only by the interfacial reaction intensity, , but also by the physical and chemical properties of the resulting interface, . The calculated wetting contact angles from physical and chemical model are approximately in agreement with experimental values.
