Abstract
Nanaocomposites of CdS/ZnO Core/Shell were synthesized in this paper. CdS cores were synthesized via hydrothermal from Tiourea and Cd(NO3)2. ZnO nano-shells were synthesized via Sol-Gel method. XRD and EDAX analyses were carried out for investigation about its structure and chemical analyses and also for investigation about its morphologies and preparation of its shell SEM and TEM analyses were carried out. In this paper median sizes determined about 107 nm for of synthesized CdS and 17nm for ZnO shells.
