Journal of Advanced Materials and Technologies (JAMT) is a quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Materials and Energy Research Center (MERC). It has been accredited as a Scientific-Research journal (Technical and Engineering field) by the Commission for the Evaluation of Scientific Journals, Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, under license No. 3/18/51921, dated July 6, 2013. The journal has been published since Spring 2012.
JAMT is an open-access journal and does not charge authors any fees for submission, review, or publication of manuscripts.
The journal publishes original research articles, comprehensive review papers, and short research notes in the fields of metals, ceramics, polymers, nanomaterials, nanostructures, and their sub-disciplines.
To ensure the originality and novelty of submissions, similarity detection software is used (Hamanandjoo for Persian manuscripts and iThenticate for English manuscripts).
The peer review process follows a single-blind policy and ensures rigorous and comprehensive evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
JAMT was formerly published under the title Journal of Materials Engineering between 2007 and 2010 (ISSN Print: 2008-4269, ISSN Online: 2008-4277), and its archive remains available.
