Abstract
Because of wide range applications of  bioglass in medicine, industrial production of large amount of nano bioglass is very important. In the study firstly, nano-Bioglass (nBG) 45S5 powder was made from industrial materials by heat treatment at temperature of 1400 c. the nanoparticle of biglass with grain size between 55- 65 mm was made by ball- mill method. then porous bioglass scaffolds iwll produce by using of polyurethane sponge replication method. results showed that the porosity of scaffolds in between 75- 87% and the compressive strength is 0.1-0.3 MPa. it is concluded that this scaffold could be a good candidate for bone tissue engineering.
