In this research, verifying the effects of SIMA process on microstructure and the corrosion behavior of Al-Zn-In sacrificial anode was studied. The effect of plastic deformation on the semisolid microstructure of Al-Zn-In alloy was investigated by applying 10-40% uniaxial compression at the ambient temperature and the semi-solid treatment was carried out at the range of 640 to 660 °C for 40 min. Investigate the behavior corrosion by Tafel polarization test was performed in a solution of Sodium Chloride 3.5%. The results indicated that the microstructure of SIMA processed specimens is finer and more Globular than the microstructure of initial material. With increase in the compression ratio from 10 to 30%, The sphericity increased significantly but the variation rate of the average grain size increased and the shape factor decreased with more increase in the compression ratio up to 40%. The average size and sphericity of α-Al solid grains increased with the increase of the temperature heat treatment. Tafel test results showed, Corrosion potential samples alloys Al-Zn-In is more negative and lowest rate of corrosion related to sample heat treated at 640 ° C with the compression ratio 30%. The results of scanning electron microscopy also indicate the uniform corrosion under aforementioned conditions.}, keywords = {Sacrificial Anode,Al-Zn-In,Sima,Non-Dendritic,corrosion rate}, title_fa = {تاثیر فرآیند فعال‫سازی مذاب با اعمال کرنش بر رفتار خوردگی آندهای فداشونده پایه آلومینیمی Al-Zn-In}, abstract_fa = {فرآیند فعال‫ سازی مذاب با اعمال کرنش (SIMA) یکی از فرآیندهای شکل‌دهی نیمه جامد در تولید قطعات با ساختار غیردندریتی می‫ باشد. در پژوهش حاضر اثر فرآیند SIMA بر ریزساختار و رفتار خوردگی آند فدا شونده Al-Zn-In مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این راستا با اعمال فشار تک‌محوری، تاثیر متغیر کار سرد در محدوده 40-10 درصد بر ریزساختار نیمه جامد آلیاژ Al-Zn-In در دمای محیط بررسی شد. عملیات حرارتی نیمه جامد در محدوده دمایی 660-640 درجه سانتی‌گراد به مدت 40 دقیقه انجام گرفت. بررسی رفتار خوردگی نمونه‌ها توسط آزمون پلاریزاسیون تافل در محلول 5/3 درصد کلرید سدیم انجام گرفت. تصاویر میکروسکوپ نوری نشان داد که ریزساختار نمونه‌های تهیه شده به روش SIMAدارای دانه‌بندی ریزتر و میزان کرویت بیشتری در مقایسه با ریزساختار اولیه آلیاژ می‌باشد. با افزایش نسبت کار سرد از 10 به 30 درصد فاکتور شکل افزایش یافته اما با افزایش میزان کار سرد تا 40 درصد، افزایش و کاهش نسبتاً محسوسی به ترتیب در اندازه دانه و فاکتور شکل مشاهده شد. با افزایش دمای عملیات حرارتی، میانگین اندازه دانه‌های جامدα-Al کاهش و میزان کرویت آنها افزایش یافت. نتایج حاصل از آزمون خوردگی تافل نشان داد، با افزایش میزان کار سرد در فرآیند SIMA ، پتانسیل خوردگی نمونه‌های آلیاژ Al-Zn-In منفی‌تر شده و کمترین نرخ خوردگی مربوط به نمونه عملیات حرارتی شده در دمای 640 درجه سانتی‌گراد با نسبت 30 درصد کار سرد بود. نتایج حاصل از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نیز خوردگی یکنواخت نمونه تهیه شده تحت شرایط مذکور را تایید کرد.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬}, keywords_fa = {آند فدا شونده,Al,Zn,In,فرآیند فعال‫ سازی مذاب با اعمال کرنش (SIMA),غیردندریتی,نرخ خوردگی.‬‬}, url = {https://www.jamt.ir/article_70340.html}, eprint = {https://www.jamt.ir/article_70340_a7debbdb7a6498271e31e958ba672433.pdf} }
