سنتز و ارزیابی نانوپودرمنیزیم هیدروکسیآپاتیت و تاثیر آن در رمینرالیزاسیون ضایعات اولیه ی پوسیدگی مینای دندان
در این تحقیق به بررسی و مطالعه توانایی نانوذرات سرامیکی هیدروکسیآپاتیت (HA) و منیزیم هیدروکسی آپاتیت (MgHA) در ترمیم مینای دندان آسیبدیده پرداخته شده است. به این منظور، نانوذرات به روش سنتز شیمیایی تر تهیه شدند. به منظور تشخیص ساختار فازی و گونه های شیمیایی موجود در نمونه های تهیه شده از آنالیز پراش XRD و FTIR استفاده شد. اندازهی بلورکها برای نمونه HA و MgHA بهترتیب 88/43 و 59/25 نانومتر و میزان بلورینگی 15/46 و 67/26 درصد با استفاده از دادههای پراش پرتو ایکس محاسبه و با نمونه HA استوکیومتری مقایسه شد. مورفولوژی و اندازه ذره نمونه های تهیه شده توسط SEM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بررسی نتایج بهدست آمده نشان داد که عنصر منیزیم به ترکیب شیمیایی و ساختار پودر سنتز شده الحاق شده است و ذرات پودری HA با اندازه ذره حدود 55/79 نانومتر و MgHA با اندازه ذره حدود 52/39 نانومتر با موفقیت سنتز شدند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل، حضور یون منیزیم در ساختار HA باعث کاهش اندازهی بلورها، ذرات و همچنین کاهش میزان بلورینگی میگردد. به منظور ارزیابی کارایی ذرات تهیه شده در فرآیند رمینرالیزاسیون و شبیهسازی فرآیند پویای دمینرالیزاسیون-رمینرالیزاسیون، از روش pH-cycling و آزمون میکروسختی استفاده شد. علاوه بر این، سطح نمونه های دندانی، توسط SEM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده در این بخش از تحقیق نشان میدهد که نانوذرات HA و MgHA بر روی سطوح مینا جذب و باعث تغییر در خواص مکانیکی دندان شد و با تشکیل یک لایه ی جدید بر سطح مینا و پر کردن تمامی حفرات، رمینرالیزاسیون دندان را بهبود بخشید. بهعبارتی دیگر، ترمیم مینای دندان آسیبدیده با نانوذرات MgHA نسبت به HA، به میزان 12 درصد بهبود یافت و به علت پتانسیل بالا در رمینرالیزاسیون دندانی می توانند بهطور گسترده در محصولات بهداشت دهان و دندان مانند دهانشویه ها و خمیردندان بهکار روند.

بهینهسازی ساختارهای متخلخل بر پایه پلیپروپیلن فومارات/ هیدروکسی اتیلمتاکریلات/ شیشه زیستفعال ساختهشده به روش زیستالهامی براساس استحکام مکانیکی و مورفولوژی سطحی
اینکار مربوط به بهینهسازی ساختارهای متخلخل بر پایه نانوکامپوزیت پلیپروپیلن فومارات/هیدروکسی اتیل متاکریلات/ نانوذرات شیشه زیستفعال است که با واکنش کاهش- اکسایش (پلیمریزاسیون رادیکال آزاد) در دمای اتاق شبکهای شدهاند. این ساختارها با غوطهوری نانوکامپوزیتهای تهیهشده به مدت چهار هفته در محلول مشابه مایعات بدن ایجاد میشوند و براساس استحکام مکانیکی (استحکام فشاری) و مورفولوژی سطح (تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی) بهینهسازی می-شوند. در این بهینهسازی اثرات نسبت پلیپروپیلن فومارات/ هیما، میزان نانوذرات شیشه زیستفعال و درصد عامل جفت آغازگر بنزوئیل پروکساید و ان و ان دیمتیل آنیلین، در ایجاد ساختارهای متخلخل و تغییرات استحکام مکانیکی، مشخص شد. درنهایت، بهترین فرمولاسیون نانوکامپوزیتی براساس عوامل مذکور نمونهای که حاوی نسبت پلیپروپیلن فومارات/ هیما معادل 30/70، نانوذرات شیشه زیستفعال به میزان 20% وزنی و جفت آغازگر معادل 5/1% وزنی بود (SPHB.732/1.5)، بهعنوان ساختار بهینه معرفی شد. این ساختار دارای مدول الاستیکی معادل MPa 7/57، حفراتی بههمپیوسته و بهطور کامل باز به ابعاد حدود µm 200-100 و دارای سطحی پوشیده شده با میکروذرات هیدروکسیکربنات آپاتیت بود. ساختار SPHB.732/1.5 تهیهشده به روش غوطهوری در مایع شبیهسازی شده بدن، علاوه بر زیستفعال بودن، زیستتخریبپذیر است و بنابراین میتواند بهعنوان داربست سلولهای استخوانی مورد ارزیابیهای بیشتر مانند مطالعات سلولی قرار گیرد.

تأثیر عملیات همگنسازی بر ریزساختار و سختی ساختار ریختگی سوپرآلیاژ GTD111
هدف از این پژوهش، تحقیق اثر عملیات همگنسازی بر ریزساختار ریختگی و سختی سوپرآلیاژ پلیکریستال GTD111 است. انجام عملیات همگن سازی در شرایط بهینه، پارامتری تأثیرگذار بر انجام صحیح عملیات حرارتی آنیل جزئی و پیرسازی آلیاژ است. این سوپرآلیاژ به روش ذوب القایی تحت خلاء ریختهگری شد و سپس در دمای 1200 و 1220 درجه سانتیگراد و زمانهای مختلف تحت عملیات همگنسازی قرار گرفت. بررسیهای ریزساختاری شامل بررسی جدایشها، فازهای کاربیدی، یوتکتیک و رسوبات گاماپرایم اولیه به روش میکروسکوپ نوری و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که جدایش عناصر آلومینیوم و تیتانیوم در مناطق بین دندریتی و تنگستن در مرکز دندریت در حالت ریختگی وجود داشته که پس از همگنسازی در دمای 1220 به مدت دو ساعت بهطور تقریبی حذف شده است. کسر حجمی کاربیدها، یوتکتیک و گاماپرایم اولیه بهترتیب از 6%، 10% و 28% در حالت ریختگی به 4%، 7% و 41% پس از همگنسازی در دمای 1220 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت دو ساعت کاهش یافته است. سختی سوپرآلیاژ GTD111، در شرایط بهینه همگنسازی به مقدار 440 ویکرز رسیده که مقدار مطلوبی برای این آلیاژ است.

ایجاد میدان نیروی پتانسیل بهینه شده برای شبیهسازی مایع (OPLS) ترکیب شیمیایی خردل گوگردی به منظور بررسی جذب بر روی گرافن
در این مطالعه، مدل OPLS تمام اتمی برای عامل شیمیایی خردل گوگردی به منظور بررسی جذب این ترکیب بر روی نانوساختار گرافن ارایه شده است. پارامترهای پیوندی درون ملکولی و همچنین پارامترهای غیرپیوندی لنارد - جونز تکتک اتمهای خردل، از منابع OPLS موجود استخراج شد. بارهای جزیی با استفاده از محاسبات کوانتومی آغازین به روش HF/6-31g(d) بهدست آمد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد میدان نیروی OPLS خواص فیزیکی خردل مانند چگالی و گرمای تبخیر را به ترتیب با خطای میانگین کمتر از 1% و 5% در مقایسه با مقادیر گزارش شده تجربی در دو دمای K298 و K293 پیشگویی می کند. مقایسه پارامترهای پیوندی حاصل از شبیهسازی دینامیک مولکولی و بهینهسازی ساختاری بهدست آمده از مکانیک کوانتومی نیز نشان داد که همخوانی مناسبی بین نتایج حاصل از دو روش وجود دارد. همچنین مطالعه انرژی برهمکنش بین خردل و گرافن توسط محاسبات مکانیک مولکولی و مکانیک کوانتومی بر روی کرونن به عنوان مدلی از گرافن نشان داد که میدان نیروی OPLS میتواند به عنوان یک مدل صحیح و قابل اطمینان در مطالعات شبیهسازی دینامیک مولکولی جذب این ترکیب بر روی جاذبهای پایه گرافنی مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.

تاثیر زمان آسیاکاری و خواص رئولوژیکی در دستیابی به همگنی فازی و ریزساختاری سرامیکهای چندبلوری ایتریم آلومینیوم گارنت
در این پژوهش، سرامیک چند بلوری ایتریم آلومینیوم گارنت (YAG) با استفاده از ریختهگری دوغابی یک مخلوط آبی از نانوپودرهای Al2O3 و Y2O3 و تف جوشی بدون فشار تهیه گردید. به منظور دستیابی به بهترین زمان آسیاکاری جهت انجام ریخته گری، مخلوط استوکیومتری از این پودرها در محیط آبی طی زمانهای مختلف 1 تا 20 ساعت تحت آسیاکاری گلولهای قرار گرفت. مقدار بهینه پراکندهساز و خواص رئولوژیکی دوغاب بهترتیب با اندازه گیری گرانروی به عنوان تابعی از میزان پراکندهساز و نرخ برشی اندازهگیری شد. تترااتیل اورتو سیلیکات (TEOS) به همراه دولاپیکس CE64 بهترتیب بهعنوان کمک تفجوش و پراکندهساز به مخلوط پودر اضافه گردید. سپس دوغابی حاوی 70% وزنی بار جامد در محیط آب دیونیزه تحت آسیاکاری طی زمانهای مختلف آگلومرهزدایی و ریختهگری شد. تفجوشی نمونهها در دمای C˚1710 به مدت 12 ساعت انجام شد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FE-SEM) و آزمون برانوئر-امیت-تلر (BET) طی زمانهای مختلف تهیه گردید. تأثیر زمان آسیاکاری بر چگالی نسبی خام و پخت، ترکیب فازی و ریزساختار نهایی نمونهها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با توجه به این نتایج بهترین زمان آسیاکاری جهت آگلومرهزدایی از مخلوط پودر 16 ساعت بهدست آمد و دوغاب تهیه شده در این زمان به علت آگلومرهزدایی بهتر و گرانروی پایینتر از رفتار تقریبی نیوتنی برخوردار بوده است. نتایج نشان داد که نمونه تهیه شده از سوسپانسیون آسیاکاری شده به مدت 16 ساعت، چگالی خام و پخت بالاتری دارد و ریزساختار آن دارای توزیع اندازه دانه همگنتری است. نتایج الگوی پراش پرتوی ایکس نشان دادند که همه نمونهها به صورت فاز خالص YAG میباشند.

اکسایش بنزیل الکل به بنزآلدهید تحت شرایط بدون حلال با استفاده از نانوذرات مخلوط روتنیوم-سریم اکسید
در این مطالعه، ترکیب سریم اکسید و مخلوط روتنیوم- سریم اکسید با استفاده از روش رسوبگذاری در محیط قلیایی و نانوذرات مخلوط روتنیوم- سریم اکسید با استفاده از روش مایسل معکوس سنتز گردیدند. تمامی نمونه ها با استفاده از روش های XRD و BET شناسایی گردیدند. اندازه نانوذرات بهدست آمده با استفاده از تصاویر TEM اندازهگیری گردید. در مرحله بعد فعالیت کاتالیزوری نمونه های سنتزی در واکنش اکسایش بنزیل الکل در حضور اکسیژن مولکولی و تحت شرایط بدون حلال مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بهدست آمده نشان داد نانوکاتالیزور سنتز شده بهترین گزینه در واکنش اکسایش بنزیل الکل به بنزآلدهید میباشد. همچنین عوامل موثر بر واکنش مانند دمای واکنش، مقدار کاتالیزور و مدت زمان واکنش جهت رسیدن به بالاترین درصد تبدیل بنزیل الکل بهینه گردیدند. تحت شرایط بهینه بالاترین درصد تبدیل بنزیل الکل 99 درصد با گزینشپذیری 94 درصد برای محصول بنزآلدهید در حضور نانوذرات مخلوط روتنیوم- سریم اکسید در دمای 80 درجه سانتی-گراد و مدت زمان سه ساعت به دست آمد.

سنتز و بررسی رفتار مغناطیسی نانوکامپوزیت مگنتیت– نانولولههای کربنی (Fe3O4-CNTs) بهمنظور کاربرد در نانوسیالات مغناطیسی برپایه آب
در این تحقیق، نانوکامپوزیت مگنتیت برپایه نانولولههای کربنی (Fe3O4-CNTs) با استفاده از روش سولوترمال سنتز شد. ساختار نانوکامپوزیت Fe3O4-CNTs توسط آنالیزهای متنوع از جمله میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری (TEM)، پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD)، اشعه مادون قرمز تبدیل فوریه (FTIR)، مگنتومتر (VSM) و پتانسیل زتا (Zeta Potential) مورد مشخصهیابی قرار گرفت. براساس نتایج TEM و XRD اندازه ذرات و بلورکهای مگنتیت، بهترتیب در حدود 250-150 نانومتر و 3/7 نانومتر بهدست آمد که موید بههم پیوستن ذرات ریزتر و تشکیل خوشههای بزرگتر در حین سنتز میباشد. پس از بررسی نتایج آنالیز VSM، مشخص گردید که نانوکامپوزیت حاصل دارای خواص پارامغناطیس است. در انتها، رفتار حرارتی نانوسیال مغناطیسی Fe3O4-CNTs برپایه آب در حضور میدان مغناطیسی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و نتایج حاکی از افزایش 30 درصدی ضریب انتقال حرارت نانوسیال پس از افزایش شدت میدان مغناطیسی حدود mT 3/2 بود.

بررسی تأثیر تیتانیم بر رفتار و سازوکار خوردگی فولاد هادفیلد با استفاده از آزمایشهای الکتروشیمیایی و مطالعات میکروسکوپ الکترونی
در این پژوهش به بررسی نقش تیتانیم بر رفتار و سازوکار خوردگی فولاد هادفیلد با استفاده از آزمایشهای الکتروشیمیایی و مطالعات میکروسکوپ الکترونی پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور، ابتدا سه نمونه از فولاد هادفیلد (بدون تیتانیم، Ti5/0% و Ti1%) توسط کوره القایی بدون هسته تهیه شد. سپس هر سه نمونه تحت عملیات حرارتی آستنیته در دمای °C 1100 به مدت دو ساعت قرار گرفته و بلافاصله در آب سریع سرد شدند. میکروسکوپ نوری برای بررسی ریزساختار به کار رفت. برای بررسی مورفولوژی خوردگی از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و برای آنالیز فازهای تشکیل شده در ریزساختار از پراش پرتو ایکس استفاده شد. برای بررسی رفتار خوردگی نمونهها از روشهای پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک و طیفسنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی در محلول 5/3 درصد وزنی NaCl استفاده گردید. نتایج آزمایشهای خوردگی نشان میدهد که با افزایش مقدار تیتانیم در ترکیب شیمیایی، فولاد هادفیلد مقاومت خوردگی کمتری دارد. دلایل این امر عبارتند از: 1- تیتانیم باعث افزایش مقدار کاربیدهای موجود در ریزساختار شده و میکروپیلهای گالوانیکی تشکیل داده است. 2- تیتانیم با افزایش مقدار کاربیدها منجر به ریزدانه شدن ساختار و افزایش تعداد مرزدانهها شده است. همچنین تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی نشان داد که افزایش میزان تیتانیم در ترکیب فولاد هادفیلد منجر به فراهم شدن شرایط برای وقوع خوردگی موضعی میکروگالوانیکی شده است.
