مطالعه خواص هیدریدی نانوکامپوزیت )MgH2-10 wt.% (38TiO2-36NiO-26C تهیه شده به روش آسیاکاری مکانیکی
در این تحقیق اثر کاتالیزورهای پایه 38TiO2-36NiO-26C(درصد وزنی) تهیه شده به روش آسیاکاری به مدت 20 ساعت و عملیات حرارتی در دماهای 300، 600، 900 و 1200 درجه سانتیگراد بر قابلیت دفع هیدروژن از هیدرید منیزیم مطالعه شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر آسیاکاری هیدرید منیزیم بدون استفاده از کاتالیزور، بر میزان دفع هیدروژن از هیدرید منیزیم در دمای 350 درجه سانتیگراد بسیار ناچیز (حدود 6/0 درصد وزنی) است در حالیکه افزودن کاتالیزور موجب کاهش دما و افزایش مقدار دفع هیدروژن میشود. بررسیهای انجام شده نشان داد که ساختار فازی کاتالیزورها در بهبود قابلیت دفع هیدروژن از هیدرید منیزیم تاثیر دارند. نمونههای تهیه شده با 20 ساعت آسیاکاری مکانیکی هیدرید منیزیم و کاتالیزورهای تهیه شده در دماهای 600، 900 و 1200 درجه سانتیگراد که به ترتیب حاوی فازهای جدید Ni، TiO2 با ساختار آناتاز و NiTiO3 بودند، تا دمای 400 درجه سانتیگراد، به ترتیب 3/5، 15/4 و 45/6 درصد وزنی دفع هیدروژن داشتند. در شرایط مشابه، هیدرید منیزیم اولیه و هیدرید منیزیم 20 ساعت آسیاکاری شده به ترتیب 0 و 6/0 درصد وزنی هیدروژن دفع کردند. همچنین در نمونههای تهیه شده با 50 ساعت آسیاکاری هیدرید منیزیم و کاتالیزورهای عملیات حرارتی شده در دماهای 300، 600، 900 و 1200 درجه سانتیگراد، دمای شروع دفع هیدروژن به ترتیب 205، 210، 225 و 200 درجه سانتیگراد و میزان دفع هیدروژن 4/5، 3/6، 1/7 و 32/5 درصد وزنی بود.

خواص دینامیکی مکانیکی آمیخته های پلی لاکتید/پلی کاپرولاکتون و نانوکامپوزیت های آن به کمک ماده پرکننده شیشه زیست فعال
در این مقاله، تاثیر آمیختن و افزودن مقادیر اندک از نانوذرات شیشه زیست فعال در رفتار مکانیکی دینامیکی آمیخته های PDLLA/PCL بررسی شده اند. مدول ذخیره PDLLA خالص با افزایش فاز الاستومر PCL تا 30% وزنی از GPa 73/1 به حدود GPa 77/0 کاهش یافته و در مقابل مدول ذخیره آمیخته PDLLA/PCL با افزودن فاز پرکننده شیشه تا 6% وزنی از GPa 062/1 به حدود GPa 66/1 افزایش یافته است. همچنین بیشینه پیک tan δ در محدوده ی فاز زمینه PDLLA با افزودن فاز PCL کاهش یافته و مقدار آن 78/2 به 84/1 برای آمیخته حاوی 30% وزنی PCL رسیده است. این است احتمالا به این دلیل که فاز PCL در هر صورت به دلیل تحرک بالای زنجیره های آن مقدار دمپینگ خیلی کمی را از خود نشان می دهد. در مقابل شدت پیک انتقال شیشه برای آمیخته های PDLLA/PCL با افزایش نانوذرات BGn به عنوان نانوپرکننده افزایش می یابد که این مطلب کاملا قابل انتظار است. دلیل آن تغییرات در تحرک زنجیره های پلیمرهاست. مقادیر Tg بدست آمده از هر دو منحنی E" و tan δ با دما نشان می دهد که با افزودن فاز الاستومر PCL به فاز زمینه PDLLA در آمیخته ها و نیز در نمونه های نانوکامپوزیتی با افزایش فاز شیشه زیست فعال مقادیر Tg برای فاز زمینه PDLLA دچار کاهش شده است.

اثر دمای پخت بر خواص مکانیکی و الکتروشیمیایی پوششهای آلومینایی اعمال شده بر روی فولاد کربنی
در این تحقیق پوشش سل ژل آلومینا به روش غوطه وری روی فولاد St44 اعمال شد، که پس از خشک شدن در دماهای 300 ، 400 و С˚500 پخت شدند. آنالیز فازی و ریزساختار، مقاومت به خوردگی، استحکام چسبندگی و مقاومت به سایش نمونههای پوششداده شده به ترتیب توسط XRD، SEM، آزمونهای الکتروشیمیایی در محلول 5/3 درصد وزنی کلرید سدیم، آزمون چسبندگی و دستگاه آزمون سایش بررسی شدند. نتایج XRD نشان میدهد که ساختار پوشش در دمای С˚300 بهطور کامل آمورف بوده و در С˚500 به γ-Al2O3 متحول میشود و تا С˚1200 بهطور کامل به α-Al2O3 تبدیل میشود. مشاهدات میکروسکوپی کمترین عیوب و بالاترین فشردگی برای فصل مشترک را برای نمونه پخت شده در دمای С˚400 نشان میدهد. در دمای С˚400 بهترین مقاومت به سایش و خوردگی حاصل شده و کاهش این خواص در نمونهی پخت شده در دمای С˚500 میتواند به دلیل ترکها و حفرههای ایجاد شده ناشی از تحول فازی از ساختار آمورف به ساختار کریستالی باشد.

بررسی رفتار رهایش داروی ضد سرطان دوکسوروبیسن از نانوکامپوزیت اکسید گرافن- مگنتیت
در سالهای اخیر حضور مواد بر پایه گرافن مانند اکسید گرافن به دلیل دارا بودن ویژگیهای منحصر بهفردی رشد چشمگیری در حوزه پزشکی داشته است. در این تحقیق نانوکامپوزیت اکسید گرافن- مگنتیت با قابلیت رهایش کنترل شده دارو به روش سنتز همرسوبی روی لایههای اکسید گرافن تولید شد. مطالعات فازی، مورفولوژی ذرات، خواص مغناطیسی و بارگذاری و رهایش دارو بهترتیب به روشهای XRD، FE-SERM، VSM و طیفسنجی ماوراء بنفش-مرئی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طرح پراش اشعه ایکس شکلگیری مگنتیت و اکسید گرافن را در این کامپوزیت نشان داد. بررسیهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی مشخص کرد اندازه متوسط ذرات مگنتیت سنتز شده 14 نانومتر است. مغناطش اشباع برای نانوکامپوزیت اکسید گرافن- مگنتیت emu/g 47 بود و این نانوکامپوزیت رفتار سوپر-پارامغناطیس از خود نشان داد. داروی دوکسوروبیسین هیدروکلراید روی این نانوکامپوزیت بارگذاری شد. بررسیهای بارگذاری و رهایش دارو نشان داد که بازده کپسوله کردن و درصد بارگذاری دارو روی این سامانه بهترتیب 51/76% و 34/68% است. مدل رهایش این دارو مدل کورسمایر- پپاس تشخیص داده شد.

اثر افزودن آلیاژهای سریم- نیکل بر دمای واجذب هیدروژن کامپوزیت پایه هیدرید منیزیم تولیدی به روش آلیاژسازی مکانیکی
در این تحقیق، مواد کامپوزیتی با ترکیب هیدرید منیزیم- 10 درصد وزنی (50 سریم-50 نیکل) (کامپوزیت C5N5) و هیدرید منیزیم- 10 درصد وزنی (25 سریم-75 نیکل) (کامپوزیت C2N7) با آسیاب کاری پودر هیدرید منیزیم و آلیاژ سریم - نیکل که به روش ذوب مجدد قوسی تحت خلاء تولید شده است، تهیه گردید. اثر افزودنی بر ساختار هیدرید منیزیم شامل اندازه دانه، کرنش شبکه، اندازه ذره و هم چنین خواص واجذب هیدروژن کامپوزیت های حاصل ارزیابی گردید و با هیدرید منیزیم خالص آسیاب کاری مقایسه شد. نشان داده شد که افزودن آلیاژهای سریم- نیکل به هیدرید منیزیم منجر به کاهش اندازه ذره از 3/1 به 6/0 میکرومتر در کامپوزیت C5N5 و به 75/0 میکرومتر در کامپوزیت C2N7 می گردد. به عنوان یک نتیجه، دمای واجذب هیدرید منیزیم فعال شده مکانیکی برای 5 ساعت، از 340 به 280 درجه سانتی گراد برای کامپوزیت C5N5 و به 268 درجه سانتی گراد برای کامپوزیت C2N7 کاهش یافته است. بهبود بیشتر در دمای واجذب کامپوزیت C2N7 می تواند مربوط به مقدار نیکل بالاتر باشد که با نتایج آنتالپی محاسبه شده مطابقت دارد.

پیش بینی تغییرات بافت کریستالی در فولاد IFحین آزمون پیچش گرم
بررسی تاثیر بافت کریستالی بر طراحی و کنترل خواص مکانیکی و فیزیکی نهایی قطعات صنعتی امروزه به یک نیاز اساسی تبدیل شده است. برای آنکه شبیهسازی بافت کریستالی کارایی لازم را داشته باشد و پارامترهایی که بافت کریستالی را کنترل میکنند به درستی انتخاب شود باید روش شبیهسازی و مدلی که استفاده میشود به درستی تعیین گردند. در این مقاله تمرکز بر معرفی یک روش مناسب مبتنی بر ترکیب شبیهسازی المان محدود با مدل پلاستیسیته کریستالی خودسازگار میباشد. با استفاده از شبیهسازی المان محدود و مدل پلاستیسیته کریستالی ، تغییرات بافت کریستالی یک فولاد IF بعد از آزمون پیچش گرم پیشبینی گردید. برای اطمینان از صحت مدل، آزمون پیچش گرم در دمای 300 درجه سانتیگراد بر نمونههای فولادی اعمال گردید و بافت کریستالی نمونهها توسط روش پراش الکترون برگشتی به-دست آمد و با نتایج شبیهسازی مقایسه شدند که تطبیق قابل توجهی بین نتایج تجربی و شبیهسازی مشاهده گردید. در این تحقیق نشان داده شد که روش تاریخچه متغیر تغییرشکل و روش بهکار گرفته شده در این تحقیق میتواند بافت کریستالی و از جمله جهات کریستالی ایدهآل و شدت بافت کریستالی نهایی را دقیقتر پیشبینی نماید.

در این پژوهش، ابتدا پوشش اکسید تیتانیم متخلخل حاوی کلسیم فسفات (CaP) بر روی زیر لایه تیتانیم خالص تجاری (CP-Ti) به وسیله فرآیند اکسیداسیون میکروقوس (MAO) در ولتاژهای مختلف 300، 330 و V 360 به مدت پنج دقیقه ایجاد شد. سپس، پوشش شیشه زیستفعال 45S5 (BG) به وسیله فرآیند لایهنشانی الکتروفورتیک (EPD) بر روی زیرلایه اصلاح شده، تشکیل شد. ترکیب فازی، عوامل ساختاری، ریزساختار و ترکیب شیمیایی میان لایه MAO ایجاد شده در ولتاژهای مختلف و پوشش BG، بهترتیب به وسیله پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD)، طیفسنجی تبدیل فوریه مادون قرمز (FT-IR)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM) و طیفسنجی تفرق انرژی (EDS) بررسی شد. رفتار حرارتی پوشش BG به وسیله آنالیز همزمان گرماسنجی افتراقی (DSC) و توزین حرارتی (TG) مطالعه شد. میکروساختار بهدست آمده بعد از اصلاح CP-Ti به روشMAO در ولتاژ V 360، نشان داد که لایه سطحی میکرومتخلخل TiO2 بهطور گسترده ای با خوشههای بههم پیوسته هیدروکسی آپاتیت (HA) با نسبت کلسیم به فسفر نزدیک به استخوان تشکیل میشود. اندازهگیریهای پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک در محلول شبیه سازی شده بدن (SBF) و آزمون ریزخراش نشان دادند که استفاده از پوشش BG بر روی CP-Ti اصلاح شده با استفاده از ترکیب روشهای MAO و EPD باعث افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی و چسبندگی پوشش به زیرلایه میشود.

بررسی تأثیر هندسه ی طرح اتصال بر جنبه های ریزساختاری و سازوکار خوردگی فلز جوش در اتصالات جوشکاری فولاد هادفیلد
در این پژوهش، به بررسی تأثیر هندسهی طرح اتصال بر جنبههای ریزساختاری و سازوکار خوردگی فلز جوش در اتصالات جوشکاری فولاد هادفیلد پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور، ابتدا چهار عدد ورق آستنیته شده به ضخامت mm2 از فولاد هادفیلد تهیه شد. سپس، طرح اتصال با دو پخ V و X شکل تهیه گردید و برای جوشکاری آنها از فرآیند SMAW استفاده شد. در مرحله بعد، از روشهای پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک و طیفسنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی برای بررسی رفتار خوردگی فلز جوش در اتصالات جوشکاری شده در محلول NaCl 5/3% استفاده شد. همچنین برای بررسی ریزساختار فلز جوش در اتصالات جوشکاری شده از میکروسکوپ نوری، برای آنالیز فازهای تشکیل شده در ریزساختار از پراش پرتو ایکس و برای تعیین سازوکار خوردگی از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی استفاده شد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ نوری نشان داد که با بهکارگیری طرح اتصال حاوی پخ V شکل نسبت به طرح اتصال حاوی پخ X شکل در اتصالات جوش فولاد هادفیلد، ریزساختار فلز جوش دانهریزتر شده و رسوبهای کاربیدی زیاد شده است. همچنین بررسیها نشان داد که پخ V شکل نسبت به پخ X شکل منجر به کاهش مقاومت خوردگی و تبدیل سازوکار خوردگی فلز جوش از خوردگی یکنواخت به خوردگی موضعی میکروگالوانیکی در اتصالات جوش فولاد هادفیلد گردیده است.
