Among the nickel base alloys, Inconel X-750, a hardened sediment alloy, was investigated under different heat treatment cycles. First, all samples were dissolved in the same size for 2 hours at constant temperature 1155 ± 5 °C. Then they were cooled in the furnace at low cooling rates and aged at constant temperature for 24 hours at four different temperatures of 600, 705, 760 and 845 °C. In the literature, studies of microstructures by light and electron microscopy showed that both environmental and cooling conditions after solution and aging treatment affect morphology, volume fraction and particle size of primary and secondary gamma prime. As the temperature of the aging process increases, the morphology of the γ' will shift from a spherical to a cubic state and become larger while its volume fraction would decrease. The aging temperature also plays an important role in the formation of the precipitate free zone (PFZ) around the grain boundary which means that with the increase of the aging temperature, the thickness of PFZ would be increased.}, keywords = {Nickel Base Superalloy,Inconel X-750,heat treatment of nickel base superalloys,particle size of γ',morphology of γ',PFZ thickness}, title_fa = {بررسی مورفولوژی و اندازه ذرات رسوبی γ' در سوپرآلیاژ پایه نیکل X-750 تحت دماهای پیرسازی متفاوت}, abstract_fa = {سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل، به دلیل ویژگی های منحصر به فرد در دماهای بالا همانند استحکام های کششی، خزشی و خستگی بالا، مقاوم به خوردگی و اکسیداسیون، جایگاه ویژه‌ای را در صنعت نفت و گاز، وسایل نقلیه فضایی، زیردریایی، راکتورهای هسته ای، موتورهای الکتریکی نظامی، کشتی های شیمیایی و لوله مبدل حرارتی دارند. از میان سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل، اینکونل X-750 که یک آلیاژ قابل رسوب سختی است، تحت چرخه های عملیات حرارتی متفاوت، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابتدا همه نمونه‌ها با ابعاد یکسان، در دمای ثابت C° 5 ± 1155، به مدت 2 ساعت تحت عملیات انحلال قرار گرفتند و با نرخ سرمایش آهسته، در محیط کوره سرد شدند. سپس پیرسازی نمونه ها در چهار دمای متفاوت 600، 705، 760 و C° 845 به مدت 24 ساعت انجام شد. بررسی‌های ریزساختاری به وسیله میکروسکوپ های نوری و الکترونی نشان داد که محیط و شرایط سرمایش پس از عملیات انحلال و نیز دمای پیرسازی، بر مورفولوژی، کسر حجمی و اندازه ذرات گاماپرایم اولیه و ثانویه مؤثر است. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دمای عملیات پیرسازی، مورفولوژی ذرات رسوبی γ' از حالت کروی به مکعبی متمایل شده و درشت‌تر می‌شود و به تبع آن، درصد حجمی γ' کاهش می‌یابد. هم چنین دمای پیرسازی، در تشکیل منطقه عاری از رسوب(PFZ) در اطراف مرزدانه‌ها، نقش مؤثری دارد. به طوری که با افزایش دما، ضخامت این منطقه افزایش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {سوپرآلیاژ پایه نیکل,اینکونل X-750,عملیات حرارتی سوپرآلیاژهای پایه نیکل,اندازه ذرات رسوبی γ',مورفولوژی γ',ضخامت منطقه عاری از رسوب (PFZ)}, url = {https://www.jamt.ir/article_118509.html}, eprint = {https://www.jamt.ir/article_118509_b1c6fc5486266c633cffcd3ba4525d32.pdf} }
